About this studio

At HIP Studio you will find bright colors, energizing music, and lots of smiles! HIP Studio isn’t just a place to workout; it’s a lifestyle. When you walk though the doors you will feel energy and passion for health and fitness. Classes are designed to give you what you need to develop a lean, balanced and healthy body. If you stick to their schedule consistently for one month coming at least 3x a week you will see and feel a difference. Pilates, HIIT/Cardio and Sculpting Classes are the three areas HIPs method focuses on. You will create lean muscle, healthy joints, strong bone density and have a whole lot of fun!

How to prepare

FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES EARLY. HIP wants to give you the best fitness experience possible and your safety is our # 1 priority. If you arrive late for your first class, you will not be allowed to join the class. GRIP SOCKS REQUIRED FOR ALL PILATES CLASSES. On sale at the studio. WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHES - YOU WILL SWEAT :)

How to get there

There is plenty of parking in the lower & upper lots. If they are full you can find street parking on 13th street or directly accross PCH there is 2 hour free parking as well a parking lot with no meters.

A nice moderate workout, not too hard, not too easy. Studio is nice and clean. Socks are required.

OMG. Love. This. Studio. Such good vibes and a really cool, modern space. Everyone was super nice-from the front desk staff to the teacher and even all the other people in the class. The instructor Lizette was soooooo awesome! Creative, very challenging class with fun energy that kicked my butt in the best way. Amazing workout and sweat! Seriously the BEST pilates studio in the South Bay (and I have been to pretty much all of them). Can’t wait to come back!

What is ClassPass?
