Never had a bad class with her. For me her classes are the perfect mix of grounding meditative focus but then also upbeat & challenging flow. Always leave feeling strong & proud, which are vibes she cultivates - this time was no different!

see all reviewsLoved the format of the Core class; not a ton of classes out there like it (low-impact, high-intensity). Colleen was the best!! She reminded us to slow down w/ our moves & ensure we had the correct form so we got the most out of the deep core exercises. She made the atmosphere fun while also motivating us in a non-annoying way. It’s obvious to tell she loves to teach. 10/10 will be coming back.

Although I’m not necessarily a beginner, I found it helpful to run through the basics in the beginning of class. Everyone was encouraging, members and staff alike. see all reviewsVynnessa is AMAZING! First time taking her class, and I’m just mad I waited this long to take her. I took the 4:45 class and it was only two of us, and all I’m saying is she should get a raise! She was on the floor inspiring us, motivating us, and riding with us. Felt like a private lesson yet her energy was the same as if the room was completely full. I also came in with a shoulder injury and she even gave me modifications for the arm series. To wrap up this review, her choreo was completely life giving and her moves literally didn’t miss a beat. Thank you Vynnessa for being so awesome! I will definitely be back.

see all reviewsLoved Christopher's energy and playlist! His instructions are a bit odd to me in that he had us go down to zero resistance and sprint multiple times. That's easy enough to avoid on your own though by using whatever resistance works for you. I do think his method might be better for beginners though who don't want to feel pressured to have high resistance! Would definitely go to his class again!

She is so motivating and gives lots of tips on form for the new folks in class (but helpful for everyone!) and motivational talk that’s inspiring but also encourages you to be kind to yourself. I really appreciated that she cued breaks for water & breathing exercises. I was still drenched in sweat by the end and had a good endorphin high. I’ll be trying more classes with her!

see all reviewsGreat experience. The studio was clean, shoes and towels are provided, the front desk staff are super helpful and they have a crew team that help everyone get setup on their bikes. Cat was amazing, her energy, vibe, motivation, and instructions were phenomenal. I left feeling like I got an epic workout and uplifted! The music Playlist is so great you almost forget you have been on the bike 45 - 60 minutes. The members are really nice as well. I will be back!

see all reviewsThis is the cycling class I’ve been looking for all along. Allison was AMAZING. The energy in the room was unbelievable. She made the class spontaneous and fun! I’ve gone to plenty of other places for cycling classes and the routines are so repetitive and rhythm of songs are all the same (typically always double time) I enjoy cycling classes that incorporates all cadences including slower/high resistance climbs, double time, sprints, jumps out of the saddle, and choreo. Allison hit every single style in class including a section dedicated to just upper body work. Her playlist was on point and change of tempos flowed perfectly to function as active recovery vs active work. I’ll be ditching those other cycling classes that all they do is double time and sprints the whole class and I’ll be joining Allison’s versatile class instead!

see all reviewsWhen the class first started I was worried because I couldn't understand him and thought he seem disinterested - all of a sudden he got on the bike and totally rocked that class. It was such a great class and I haven't been to soul cycle in a while because I didn't think it was a hard enough work out - but let me tell you, Jason absolutely changed my mind about that!! He was engaged with all of us and pushed us super hard!! I will definitely be back with him. Overall Jason was super kind, gave us a killer workout with a perfect mix of resistance and sprints, and had killer music🔥🔥🔥

The class had incredible music and pacing, and it truly made me SWEAT. I adore Anaya, she had the best energy and was sooo helpful throughout. Even though it was my first class, it was easy to follow along and figure out the choreography. I also love that there were ab and arm exercises built into the workout. This class was 10/10 easily!
