About this studio

50 Minutes and it’s done. Each class is separated into three circuits of three exercises (performed for one minute each), that you will complete three times. Why repeat the same exercise three times? It often takes a minute to truly master proper form and they want you safe and working efficiently. The first round of the circuit is all about getting the form down, second is about getting stronger and the third time through is about crushing the exercises.

They provide towels, you provide the sweat. Wear gym clothing and shoes.

Kinsey had awesome energy and was super helpful in giving alternatives for different ability levels. Even though it was a class of 15 participants or so, she still was able to give attention to everyone. Good variety of exercises too!

I think the instructor should use the microphone so she doesnt have to scream. There is no need to explain the exercises three times especially since they are also written on the mirrors. You lose momentum to a class that could be really great. Keeping the class going will keep up the energy therefore getting you better results.

Kinsey and the team were great! I loved Kinsey's energy and friendliness, she checks on you throughout the class and keeps the momentum going without making the class feel rushed. Will definitely be a place I frequent!

Love this class, it is really intense even challenging at times and very fast passed. There are 3 stations each having 3 different exercises that last for one minute each and you go through those 3 times. The instructions are very nice, they always provide modifications to the exercises in case the original one is too challenging.
