It wasn’t an advanced class - wouldn’t recommend if looking for a tough workout.

Lisa is the best! Really keep the energy - so positive and encouraging so you push yourself harder without even realising it.

This class has been changed to a Resistance Band work out but the name is still Kettlebell workout but there were no kettlebells involved. If you want to do a resistance band workout then this is a great class to do with a very good teacher.

Fun and upbeat!
Pilates Advance Class (55min) with Gianni
Would jokingly be angered with the students for not doing the correct positions, repeatedly said ‘god dammit’ multiple times in the class, and had incredibly misogynistic references saying ‘listen to me woman’ among others. Would also make a joking evil laugh after his rude comments that was just creepy. A very uncomfortable class.

Was a nice sun salutation, but could have been more energetic. Didn’t feel like I broke a sweat. Nice breathing techniques though
