It was my first time and Alyssa was a great instructor!! The class is harder on the lower body than upper but you do get a bit of both in addition to core. You won’t break a sweat but you will feel worked out. I’ll go back!

I’ve been to a Pilates class here before and loved it. This class was not what I experienced before. We barely used the reformer and did a lot of movements off the machine which didn’t seem like Pilates. It was very slow paced and some bands were used but it wasn’t challenging with very little reps.

What is ClassPass?
