How to prepare

Please wear appropriate clothing - no jeans, avoid exposed zippers, buttons, etc that can damage the equipment or be uncomfortable during your workout. No shoes on equipment! Socks are optional. Arrive in studio 5-10 min early before your first class to fill out the new client intake form.

How to get there

Allow time for parking. They are located next to Starbucks, and share a parking lot with other businesses. Metered street parking is also available.

I absolutely loved this class!! Aly was super helpful. We worked a little bit of everything. Everyone was really friendly. And the workout was actually challenging. This was my second class on the reformer and I loved it!!
