Surf | Sweat | Cycle | Hit | Stretch | Dance - Hang 5 Fitness and Yoga Space offers your favorite workouts under one roof with all the luxury amenities of a big gym. Enjoy Chicago's Only dedicated Surf Fitness classes as seen on CNN, Windy City Live and FOX TV with Britney Payton. Challenge your balance on land surfing with boards seen on SHARK TANK. Sweat it out with HILIIT - High-Intensity, Low-Impact Interval training classes including Cycling, Boxing and Fusion workouts and then Dance your way fit with Pop Star Fitness, Kangoo Jumps and Bollywood Dance classes. Recover and sculpt with a variety of Yoga Classes. Watch for specialty Glow-In-The-Dark Yoga classes and outdoor Silent Yoga Classes throughout summer.

How to prepare

Now open at 2215 N. Halsted in Studios FUSE. There are showers, lockers, internet and a refreshment cafe. Please note that at the Studio, we have mats, towels, & water available but at Outdoor Silent Yoga classes, bring your own mat/rentals $2. Go barefoot for Surf & Yoga classes. HILIIT and Dance classes require shoes. Kangoo Dance classes are special boots (wt. limit 250 & sizes) Instructor contacts you via email for sizing prior to class. Street parking available. L-Stops Fullerton and Armitage are a few blocks away. Halsted bus 8.

How to get there

Free street parking is available north of the studio. Enter through the revolving doors and check-in at the front desk. If you are running late, text or call us. 630-670-4700

What is ClassPass?
