We have doors in the front and back of the building to keep fresh air circulating.

Extra sanitation

All equipment and high touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitized after every class and every use. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats.

Class capacities range from 12-16

Equipment policies

Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats, however, studio mats are available for use. Participants are responsible for cleaning any equipment that is used during the class time.
