The Push (Kickboxing) with I
Very unique kickboxing class... different than any other I've taken before. It felt more like a very routine driven aerobic class versus a kickboxing class but we stayed moving for 60-min and I burned a ton of calories. Like the class, the instructor was one of a kind as well... he has an awesome energy and command of the group. I dont think the format would work without him.

About this studio

Get Some is the areas only hip hop gym and a total show stopper. All group classes for Barre, Spinning, Boxing, and Boot Camp. These are co-ed classes that consist of HIIT, Boxing, Barre, Spinning, Cardio Kickboxing, & Bootcamp. Pro Tip: Arrive 20-30 min early and ask the front desk for an orientation and to meet the instructor...they'll roll out the red carpet for you. Their playlists are FIRE, mainly hip hop & rap. The instructors are beasts and super motivating! The boxing is fun & demanding. They recommend newbies try "Bootcamp" (30 min boxing & 30 min circuit training) or "Sculpfiction" (30 min boxing & 30 min weights). Spinning classes are 45 minutes and use Real Ryder (moving) bikes. So cool. Barre Intensity classes are a great booty work out. Harder than normal Barre :)

What is ClassPass?
