Flow Lab yoga focuses on delivering yoga to meet the needs of practitioners that live an energetic lifestyle. We want your movement to come to life...Our classes are centred on the art of being present, connected and feeling alive in your body. Flow Lab has a beautiful community of teachers and like minded practitioners that will make your yoga journey warm and exciting. Flow Lab offers practical classes like Pilates and Functional Strength and Conditioning to support better Movement. Yoga 101 for those new to the mat or wanting to dive back in. Flow for regular practitioners that are comfortable on the mat and would like to see where they can go. Long Slow Deep and restorative classes to help you slow down and breathe.

What is ClassPass?
