This gym is pretty pokey and basic. I think its more of a centre for weight loss

intimate class, which enabled the teacher to really help you & ensure youre getting the best workout. Already planning my next visit!
Core Strength
Great class - 30 mins is perfect amount of time to work up a sweat.
Boxing
Class was 30 minutes long which made it a quick and easy class for a Tuesday morning.
Butts & Thighs
Very hard workout but definately left feeling I had achieved something! My legs are still sore!
Kettlebells
Good sweat, great if you like strenght training. Maybe not the best if you dont have an understanding of kettlebell technique as there's no time spent on what to do / what not to do
Fitball
great class. nice way to get back into my fitness
Core Strength
The class runs as a circuit but there isn't that much guidance or variation in the exercises. I've been to a few different classes at FitMiss and though I've enjoyed them, the trainers aren't very warm to new people.

What is ClassPass?
