About this studio

FIT: TO BE is a comprehensive fitness studio that offers over 50 classes a week including private and semi-private sessions. While barre classes are a mainstay at Fit: To Be, we also offer a wide variety of other classes. These include HIIT, TRX, Ballerobica, Circuit, and Sculpt and Stretch. We believe that a challenged body is never bored! The barre classes have variety as well - try Abs Thighs Glutes & Barre or Cardio Barre for barre with a sweat!

How to prepare

The studio has everything you'll need including mats, showers, and fruit infused ice water. For barre classes either bare feet or socks are appropriate. Some classes require shoes. Please wear them for TRX, Circuit, HIIT and Cardio Barre. If it's your first time, please come 10 minutes early to receive a quick tour. Designated parking is on the side and in back of the building

Tough class! Perfect for getting in shape for Summertime! Casey does a lot of coaching with great tips, and he has a fun sense of humor. Both help you make the most of your workout.

Class seemed disorganized, without a good flow or expectation to the exercise. Casey has a lot of good energy, feedback, and motivation, but could be more tapped into the class's pace when counting down for exercises.

My first class with Julie! I thought she gave helpful cues, demoed every exercise and really encouraged you to feel the burn.

Not as intense as I wouldve liked, but I think there was a sub today. Ill still be back to try this class with the regular instructor. I took the arms and abs class the 2 days ago and my arms are STILL sore from that class, so I know the classes here are usually great!

My arms and abs are going to be sore tomorrow! Yaaaay! My only critique is that it was slightly hot and I wish the fans were on, but Ill def be back.

Cute, boutique gym come dressed or ahead of time if youre changing since there is only one stall to change in. The workout was good but I thought it could be more challenging. Jennifer was helpful and everyone was very welcoming

What is ClassPass?
