About this studio

FIT: TO BE is a barre and fitness studio that offers a variety of over 50 classes a week including private and small group classes for all levels to keep you challenged and always having fun! While barre classes are a mainstay at Fit: To Be, we also offer a wide variety of other classes including HIIT, TRX, Cardio, Circuit, and Arms & Abs. We believe that a challenged body is never bored! The barre classes have variety as well - try Abs Thighs Glutes & Barre or Cardio Barre for barre with a sweat!

How to prepare

The studio has everything you'll need including mats, showers, and fruit infused ice water. For barre classes either bare feet or socks are appropriate. Some classes require shoes. Please wear them for TRX, Circuit, HIIT, Sculpt & Stretch and Cardio 45. If it's your first time, please come 10 minutes early to receive a quick tour. Designated parking is to the side and in back of the building

Loved it! Margaret pushes you with encouragement through the whole class - she gives personalized corrections to moves and uses the energy of the music to give you an awesome workout!
HIIT with Alex
This was a pretty boring class. We did the same 9 exercises for the full class. I would suggest doing the set two times and doing another set two times. I also dislike it when trainers have you use so many different pieces of equipment. It makes transitions hard and you’re constantly moving stuff around. Finally I thought HIIT classes were supposed to be like a period of time on and a period of time off. Like get your heart rate up and then bring it down. This was just on the whole time with random excercises that got your heart rate up.

What is ClassPass?
