How to prepare

Fit Philosophie provides towels, a water cooler, a shower (email if you need to use the shower) and mats. Please wear comfortable workout clothing and well supported gym shoes.

How to get there

Fit Philosophie is about six minutes from downtown. It's an easy drive from the Cincinnati side as well as the Kentucky side.

Love the Silent Yoga! What a unique experience!
Bounce: Pilates and Rebounding
This was different! I was impressed that Jenn, the owner, teaches every class and has solely invented new routines and ways of keeping it fresh. In this bounce class, we alternated between jumping on individual trampolines and doing reformer work. They talked about the Ft Thomas community and mutual friends throughout everything, and they politely asked about me too. It made working out more fun!
Yoga Shred: Get Ready to Sweat!
Small class size, good work out, great instructor! We ended up having conversations for most of the class (in between sets) which made the time go faster. Would definitely go back for this class or one of the others offered at the studio. Free street parking right in front of the studio.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
