About this studio

The FIELD achieves fitness through small team-based group classes. The coaches at The FIELD utilize a combination of traditional resistance training, functional training and high intensity interval training in order to improve strength, performance and cardiovascular health. This allows students to accomplish a wide variety of fitness goals, from aesthetic goals to performance goals and internal goals! The FIELD encourages a culture of teamwork through friendly competition so that no one is left trying to achieve their dreams alone!

Always a good workout at FF. I have a bad shoulder and knee due to previous injuries and they are always checking my form to make sure I dont do anything to aggravate or re-injure it. That personal attention to detail tells you that these guys actually care for their clients which is always a plus in my book.

What is ClassPass?
