About this studio

The FIELD achieves fitness through small team-based group classes. The coaches at The FIELD utilize a combination of traditional resistance training, functional training and high intensity interval training in order to improve strength, performance and cardiovascular health. This allows students to accomplish a wide variety of fitness goals, from aesthetic goals to performance goals and internal goals! How to prepare

•LATE POLICY: Members or guests who arrive after the completion of our warm-up (lasting ~5-6 minutes) will NOT BE ADMITTED to the class regardless of the class capacity. The purpose of our policy is to maintain our quality of service as missing our warm up may increase your risk of injury & disrupts the flow of class. •FIRST TIMERS: Please arrive ~5 minutes early to fill out our health waiver & say hi to our Coaches! •ATTITUDE: We believe in fitness through teamwork so bring your best attitude & be ready to interact with other Fielder

BEST local gym with AMAZING coaches who genuinely cares about each person that comes in. The sets are challenging and include both cardio and strength training. I am pretty fit but I still feel challenged and sweat through every time. There is also a sense community here. Definitely my FAV!

What is ClassPass?
