About this studio
F5 is a privately owned and operated gym in Miracle Mile. Head coach and owner, Roxy Richardson, a former professional Muay Thai fighter turned coach with over fifteen years of experience, who specializes in strength training and Muay Thai, has brought together a supportive team of fitness pros to help their students get strong, fit and confident. Those interested in Muay Thai will find the Kickboxing 101 class geared towards beginners as well as those who have trained in striking a bit before and want to add some fun and variety into their weekly fitness routine with bag work and pad work. Those looking for conditioning will find their HIIT and Lift 101 class a mix of bodyweight and free weight resistance training with 10-15 minutes of HIIT (circuit) training towards the end of class.f5strengthandmuaythai.com+1 323 285 5348
How to prepare
Kickboxing/Muay Thai: Wear athletic short or pants that will allow for kicks. Men and women must wear shirts. Gloves and hand wraps are required - rental is included for Classpass students. Please arrive 15 min early to class for help with your hand wraps. Lifting: We recommend regular workout clothes and flat shoes like Converse or barefoot-style shoes like Vibrams. Many of your students opt for barefoot training for an optimal kettlebell experience. However, bring some shoes you feel comfy doing impact movements in if you need to.

The F5 Strength and Muay Thai Gym is located at 805 South La Brea Avenue in Los Angeles, CA. We offer valet parking Monday through Friday evenings. Located starting around 5:30 pm on 8th street and after 7 pm on La Brea. Please text us at 323-285-5348 for a link to our parking guide for more tips.
