Expressions Fitness provides an enjoyable, fun option for physical exercise. Pole includes elements that are similar to weight lifting, gymnastics, dance, yoga, and cirque, but it's also very unique and different. How to prepare
Participants should not use lotions or oils on their skin before or during pole fitness class. Comfortable clothing that allows movement is essential. If you're taking a flexy and sexy class or a pole dance level 1, you can wear leggings and a comfortable top. Pole classes levels 2 and up require shorts so your skin can grip the pole. This attire is also good for floor and chair dance classes. Please arrive to the studio 15 minutes early to do a tiny bit of paperwork and get a short introduction.
