How to prepare

Please note that our elevator will be temporarily unavailable from Monday, June 11 through Friday, June 15. Thank you for your patience. Socks required for exhale Barre. Sneakers required for exhale HIIT and exhale HIIT 30. Guests not permitted 10 minutes after start. No late entrants in all exhale HIIT classes. Sneakers, socks, or bare feet are allowed for exhale Cardio

How to get there

Back Bay If you’re taking the T, we are right at the Arlington T Stop on the Green Line – you’ll see exhale as soon as you walk up the stairs. If you’re driving, we validate parking for the Motor Mart Garage at 201 Stuart St. Boston, MA. We validate $14.00 for 3 hours.

Such an intense workout - I was dripping in sweat in the first 10 minutes! She has you moving/jumping/lifting for the full hour. Thalia is an incredible instructor and I will definitely be sore tomorrow!

What is ClassPass?
