How to prepare

Socks required for exhale Barre. Sneakers required for exhale HIIT and exhale HIIT 30. Guests not permitted 10 minutes after start. No late entrants in all exhale HIIT classes. Sneakers, socks, or bare feet are allowed for exhale Cardio

How to get there

Back Bay If you’re taking the T, we are right at the Arlington T Stop on the Green Line – you’ll see exhale as soon as you walk up the stairs. If you’re driving, we validate parking for the Motor Mart Garage at 201 Stuart St. Boston, MA. We validate $14.00 for 3 hours.

I thought the routine was easy to follow but WAY too repetitive. Its basically mountain climbers over and over (and over) again. If you want to spend at least 30 mins in a plank, you will like this class. If you like elevator music, you will like this class. Otherwise Id go somewhere else. (Note - shower situation is really amazing though!)

Chrissy was fantastic, she explained the poses so well and was pretty funny at moments! The class started with a slow flow, we picked up the pace in the middle, and we ended with some time to work on more challenging poses on our own. Highly recommend this class and this venue is top notch!

great yoga class for someone who is looking to get in a good, slow stretch. the focus is NOT on breaking a sweat or really getting a workout but more so on having a nice, calming stretch. exactly what I needed!
