How to prepare

Please note that our elevator will be temporarily unavailable from Monday, June 11 through Friday, June 15. Thank you for your patience. Socks required for exhale Barre. Sneakers required for exhale HIIT and exhale HIIT 30. Guests not permitted 10 minutes after start. No late entrants in all exhale HIIT classes. Sneakers, socks, or bare feet are allowed for exhale Cardio

How to get there

Back Bay If you’re taking the T, we are right at the Arlington T Stop on the Green Line – you’ll see exhale as soon as you walk up the stairs. If you’re driving, we validate parking for the Motor Mart Garage at 201 Stuart St. Boston, MA. We validate $14.00 for 3 hours.

Super challenging but rewarding! HIGHLY recommend Mollys class. She made it so engaging, straightforward, and easy to digest since I was a beginner.

The flow was good and I definitely felt challenged and opened up by the end. The facilities are also wonderful here. I marked it 3 stars because there was a lot of talking with the class and it was more conversational rather than focused and meditative. This is probably more of a preference for class style, but generally Im not a huge fan of a lot of talking in a yoga class aside from instruction and mediation guidance.

What is ClassPass?
