Excellent experience: hands-on coaching made it especially challenging (in a good way). Megan was as knowledgeable, encouraging, and friendly as a trainer can be.
Jumpstart Bootcamp with Cynthia
The trx was used for only a small portion of the class. However, it's great class for people want to use the trx and are injured because they do work with you to make sure you have proper form.

Not sure if this review counts, since there was no class. I showed up for this class and the teacher had left 2 hours earlier. I would not return to this place, very unorganized.
RunSTRONG with Lukas
This class focuses on mobility, proper form, and repairing your body. It's not a HIIT class. It's about correcting all the well-meaning, but poorly executed exercises you do. Lukas did not let me continue unless my form was perfect. I have a anterior pelvic tilt and he put all his focus on making sure I was correcting it with every move. It's a physical therapy-ish workout that will make you feel amazing when you walk out the door.
