Great class but far too many people! Probably shouldnt book more people than there are bikes let alone twice the amount. Good workout nonetheless.

Sharon is a fantastic instructor. Ive been going to her classes for a little while and shes pointed out my improvements! Love love this class - super intense, but a killer workout!

Bikes were different but a good workout. Instructor could have been better. She was sick, so thats understandable, but her first comment to the class was I dont feel good so Im just going to zone out and get through this. This was my first time, and it was busy and confusing when I entered. I couldnt tell who the instructor was, so I didnt know who to approach to introduce myself. This is the first spin class Ive ever been to where the instructor did NOT ask if it was anyones first time, and then offer to help adjust their bike and give instruction. This was disappointing since I could have used it. Then, the hiit portion was uninspired and not constructed very well. Two push up moves back to back, 4 times through, and then again three times through, and then again two times through is just not smart programming. Next time a better mix of body parts worked would be better. Class had good energy though and was a good workout, albeit a bit clicky and not welcoming to newcomers.

Chelsea had great music! I was very thrown off that the bikes moved from side to side - I didn't understand how to control the bike to stay stationary. I did love the cycling studio though and the energy!

We had booked this class and arrived to find the studio absolutely packed with people so we left. This place either knowingly overbooked their classes or does not know/have good controls around the number of people who attend. This is the second time we have gone where people are literally trying to work out behind the check in desk at the back of the room due to lack of space. Im amazed nobody has gotten hurt working out here.
