About this studio

Empower Fitness Lab combines exceptional customer service, unequaled workout variety, and high-energy trainers into one dynamic training experience in a small group format. HIIT New equipment brings new programming. Suspension cables, pull-up bars, and all-in-one Fit Benches are here to challenge your body. Get ready for 30minutes of cardio and 30minutes on the strength floor. YOGA Invigorate your body incorporating traditional yoga styles with anatomy-based movement. Formats include: Power, Flow, Beginner, Rocket, Restore.  CYCLE Power Cycle will take your outdoor ride indoor with challenges and metric tracking drills to improve your ride. Ride to the rhythm to an awesome soundtrack with anatomy based choreography with Sync cycle. How to prepare

All first time ClassPassers must arrive at least 30 minutes before class to get set up in the system. Whether you're a seasoned ClassPasser or not, we want you to have the best experience possible and our intake process will ensure that! Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign the liability waiver. Please bring a credit card to pay for your loaner equipment-- Cycle Shoe Rental - $3 Yoga Towel Rental - $3 Yoga Mat Rental - $5 Boxing Glove Rental - $5 Heart Rate Monitor Rental - $5

How to get there

We are located at the corner of Washington Ave. and Sawyer St. If you are coming from I-10 and would like to avoid the trains, exit Studemont. Go south on Studemont. Take a left on Washington Ave. Take a left on Sawyer St. We are the lime green building you can't miss!

I love the studio and the workout was intense! I loved the rotation of workouts, hype music, and the coaches are the best to watch your form and keep you pushing for more! Definitely will be coming back soon!

First time ever taking any sort of HIIT class and this one was great! They made sure to spend time to give you introduction to the machines and set a good foundation. Nice that there are two instructors spotting the class so someone always has your back!

Just WOW! Amazing class, excellent instructor- kept us motivated & at a good pace thru the entire hour. I highly recommend it. I especially liked the non motorized treadmills- i have an old knee injury & this was the first time running on a treadmill did not aggravate it.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
