About this studio

DTLA Fitness is small fitness studio in the Historic core neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles. They offer various types of 45 minute high intensity interval training classes (HIIT) as well as core and booty building specific classes, each guaranteed to make you break a sweat and to make you feel like you've accomplished a great feat by the end of class. DTLA Fitness' signature HIIT classes, Fit with HIIT, HIIT Strength, & Core HIIT, focus on cardio, core strength, and overall strength building. On Sunday D.T.L.A. Fitness has their Greatest HIITs class, combining all of their favorite exercises from the week.

How to prepare

If it is your first class, please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to sign in. Doors may be locked once class begins depending on staff availability, please plan to arrive prior to the start of class Wear comfortable work out gear. There are lockers available. Towels and water (bring your refillable bottle!) are provided for your convenience. Bottled water, energy beverages, and pre/post workout snacks are also available for purchase. Students arriving more than 5 minutes late to class will not be admitted. Please plan to arrive early.

How to get there

DTLA Fitness is located below the Pacific Electric Lofts on Los Angeles St. The address is 605 S. Los Angeles Street and the entrance is a few doors in from the corner of 6th and Los Angeles. Feel free to call 213-444-9093 if you have any trouble finding the studio. Please arrive on time, doors may be locked once class starts depending on staff availability. We do not have parking. Street parking is generally available. There is a convenient parking lot just a few doors south of our studio, on the right if heading towards 7th street.

Fantastic class. Laura really pushes it to the limit while also being super nice. We packed in a major workout in 45 mins - on par with what you’d do in an hour elsewhere. Love her emphasis on shaping and weights.

I used to do CrossFit for strength training, but I never truly enjoyed the workout. Jodi’s HIIT strength classes are the perfect solution - fun and challenging! I loved it so much I ended up purchasing their St. Patrick’s Day special. The space is small but I have yet to be in a class where there are too many people that I can’t exercise comfortably.

What is ClassPass?
