Great music! I liked the choreography too
Dharma Prime with Mia
Great class! Beautiful studio!
Dharma Barre with Jackie
Warmup was great and loved the style of the class. Wish some of the exercises were held for longer for more burnout. Overall I really enjoyed it!
DharmaCycle with Chelsea
Instructor was great, there werent many people in the class (4 plus instructor) - so that was a little weird. Id probably go here occasionally, but maybe not a regular weekly thing.
Dharma Yoga 2 with Patience
great class!
Dharma Prime with Sarah
Love this class!!! Such a great full body workout.
DharmaCycle with Meg
The instructor seemed very new and not well trained. No attention to form and did not keep a count. So push ups were at a different pace throughout the class. The up and down on the bike at 6 count, 4 count -there was no count. She basically said up and down at her pace. Toward the end she was looking down at her note more than at the class. I did sweat but it was one of the most confusing workouts at Dharma Ive had. Also the bike was sticky at 5 and up..
Dharma Yoga 2 with Amanda
Amanda was a great instructor! Fun flow with very clear instructions!
Dharma Barre with Jackie
In fairness to the instructor, she let us know this was her first class - that being said, the one star is the studio should have lowered the credit amount (or offer a free class to give her the chance to practice and get comfortable). I could have led myself through a more challenging workout.
DharmaCycle with Chelsea
Chelsea was awesome! It was my first time in a cycle class and Chelsea was super helpful with bike setup and going over the basics of class beforehand. Also really liked her enthusiasm and class style.
