First cycle class with official cycle shoes! The staff was amazing and helpful when I told them this was my first time at the location. The mic went out halfway through the class and that was challenging but made it through!
Dharma Yoga 2 with Peter
Loved this class!

A good intro to hot yoga. Im not the biggest fan of hot yoga but still got good stretches and loose limbs!
Dharma Prime with Sarah
Great class but very few people
Dharma Barre with Sarah
I felt I got a full body work out! Started with arms, moved to the barre for glutes and end up with core work. Very inviting for someone newer to barre!
DharmaCycle with Kari
The music was strange and the tempo of peddling and movements did not match the pace of the music. Even the instructor had a tough time counting to the weird music!
