About this studio

Dangerously Fit is Sydney's highly in demand and fun fitness program. For the last 12 years they have been helping people just like you to get into the best shape of their lives. Their workouts are quick, fun, inexpensive, extremely effective and only take about 45minutes. They'll have you looking amazing in no time, no matter what kind of shape you’re in now. It’s important that our campers get results fast and have a lot of fun in the process. They vary the workouts on a regular basis to keep things fun and keep your body from getting stagnant.

How to prepare

Please bring a bottle of water, a towel and wear some light, loose, comfortable clothing and running shoes.

How to get there

We train on the sand in front of Bondi skate park Monday at 7pm. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at 6.00am and Saturday at 7am. bullet1 We train on the grass in front of Ravesis Wednesday evening at 7pm. bullet1 Yoga: South Bondi on the concrete at 6am. Bring a mat or beach towel.

Very invigorating workout! ...so nice to be out on Bondi Beach as the sun rises getting dangerously fit. The cross training really challenges me to work on different areas of fitness I dont normally get and I live the different danger names for the various exercises. A great workout that pushes me, and Dan is very nice in a very professional way encouraging and inspiring the whole time and helping with individual issues if I dont quite get One of the exercises yet. A great class!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
