Good structure. But way too many breaks. We also ended class 15 mins early. This class has all the makings of an awesome boot camp and has great potential but needs to be harder.

The space was great and instructor had good energy. The programming was not very good though. We did push-ups basically every other move.. Seemed a bit like a thrown together at the last minute workout rather than a balance of muscle groups.

What is ClassPass?
