How to prepare

What to bring: - Workout wear - Shoes - workout shoes or cycling shoes (Shimano Mountain Bike SPD) - Water bottle - Towel for sweat - Optional accessories: heart rate monitor - If you wish to shower please bring your own toiletries Remember to download the BodyBike Smart Plus App from Apple App Store or Google Play for a more complete workout experience. Please arrive early for a smooth check-in experience. Out of respect for others and your safety, there will be no admittance 10 minutes after the scheduled class time.

How to get there

The Cycology Studio is located at Level 3A, 3A.07, Glo Damansara in Kuala Lumpur, which is the car park level. We are a 10 minute slow (covered) walk from the TTDI MRT station.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
