About this studio

Get stronger, leaner and more flexible in less time at Core10 Pilates in West Omaha. We hit it all: strength, endurance, cardio, balance, flexibility, and core. All classes are equipment-based. No mat classes. This ain't ya mama's Pilates! ESSENTIALS - For anyone new (or new-ish) to Core10 or anyone wanting a fun and challenging workout with extra attention to body positioning, movement, and transitions. FULL BODY - 50-minutes of heart-pumping, muscle quivering, total body conditioning for strength, definition, and flexiblity for all levels. Cues are given to increase or decrease the intensity level.

How to prepare

If you are a new client, plan to arrive 10 minutes early to get set up on your reformer and purchase grip socks if you don't have any (they are required safety and sanitary reasons). Shoes and bare feet are not permitted on the equipment. Bring a hand towel as you will most likely sweat. Bottled water is available for purchase, but you are welcome to bring your own water bottle and fill up with their filtered, cold water that is provided in the studio.

The Core10 Pilates Studio is located at 17525 Gold Plaza in Omaha, NE. Located just north of Center on 175th - next to Fresh Thyme and Salon Z.

What is ClassPass?
