I am a beginner so appreciated having Renee S as an instructor because she explains the pose in detail as well as explaining the part of the body we should be targeting. She also provides alternative moves for more experienced members to enhance the workout should you desire. We start and end class with some stretching which I find valuable as most of us forget to do this with workouts :) Renee also gives words of wisdom at the end of class so our minds can continue to stretch.

What is ClassPass?
