This is location has a hard parking but does have public transit. From the open dance studio, to the cardiac area to the steam room, and sauna to the free weight and light green space area to circuit train is very nice. All that’s missing is a mini salon it this place could be a female lifetime gym! Amenities incorporated!

see all reviewsIf you want more out of Pilates, this is it. I'm still new to the reformer -- I've only done 3 classes but they all had me a bit bored even though it's a great workout. This was enough instruction to understand what to do but wow I actually felt all muscles working and shaking but with more upbeat fun. I managed to actually break a sweat at the beginning with the core work and it was a really solid workout overall with options to enhance or ease up as needed. They seemed to really care about understanding injuries and were helping everyone with form or pointing out regulars you could look to for correcting yourself.

It was SO loud and distracting - my first thought was someone had fallen off their treadmill and the person next to me got so spooked she nearly fell off her treadmill. The “regulars” here could go a long way to being considerate of the rest of the class.

The only downside is you have to pay to rent shoes and I personally don’t cycle enough to invest in shoes but it would be worth it!
