You have two sets of weights (one medium and one heavy) with the opportunity to play around and figure out if you need heavier weight. The class went by wicked fast and Abbie gave really great cues throughout. Definitely worth taking and will go again!

I loved the strength focus on various body parts with different tools such as TRX bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, bike, etc. Cole provided easy to understand demonstrations of exercises and personal support/form checks for any exercise you may need extra assistance with. Workout was similar to supersets/circuit training but emphasized shorter time intervals, heavy weights and overall conditioning. Cole was also super friendly and encouraging. This next comment is not for her, but just for Rumble in general: there should be more coaching on form/technique for the weight lifting, because just a simple instruction at the beginning of each round is probably not enough. I have good training in form but I always worry about people who don't because generally at Rumble classes, there are very few coaching/corrections in real time.

I greatly appreciated this instructor as she allowed space for modifications if needed. We don’t all have the same fitness needs, experiences, and goals. Pushing to go FULL ON AGRO THOR BEAST mode is not always appropriate for everyone. This class at the Marina location was an amazing start to the new year.

If you’re sweating, it’s because you’re actually working hard :) The instructor was great at throwing out extra options for more advanced students while also offering the option to skip certain parts of you needed rest or a modification. The dark room with candlelight was nice for focusing on yourself and your own practice. I’m just passing g through the area but would come back!
