Jess is the best! Such a great workout. Cant wait for my next class with her!

I'm not sure why they call this a Reformer class when we did TRX exercises for the first 35 minutes out of 50 minutes. It was very disappointing because I love Reformer classes and that's what I was expecting.

I want to love Club Pilates and everyone is very nice but I havent found a challenging class yet at this studio. This is good as a recovery day, light exercise with some body weight movements and stretching. Also would be good for beginners.
Reformer Flow 1.5
The description in Classpass said this was a stretching class on the reformer. It is not. Ive been practicing reformer Pilates for 5 years now so it wasnt a big deal, but I specifically booked the class for my rest/recovery day so my muscles didnt really get the nice stretch and recovery I wanted and was expecting. Perhaps I should have checked the studios actual schedule for a more accurate description. As for the class itself, it could have been better. Reformer Pilates needs an instructor who gives precise, specific instructions and lots of feedback to make sure youre doing the movements correctly. There was a person in front of me that was consistently doing the exercises wrong and the instructor didnt correct her. If youre familiar with reformer Pilates, I would say youll be fine since you would know correct form, but if youre new and/or still learning, I wouldnt recommend this class.

Amazing instructor! A good stretch of a class

Clean and modern studio. the hands on adjustments were helpful!
Cardio Sculpt 1
Instructor was super understanding and allowed me to modify for my injury, whereas for some reason other studios in San Jose seem to be opposed to modifications? Its really weird actually... anyway loved this class & studio for being accommodating and allowing me to get my workout in despite having a hip flexor injury that renders all standing workouts out of the question for me. Thanks Jen!!

Great workout and wonderful staff.

If i wasnt already familiar with TRX exercises i would've been lost since you cant see the instructor during the floor movements, and Traci was struggling to communicate placement of the straps and which way we should be moving
