Born in San Diego in 2005, Club Pilates has expanded across the nation, bringing Pilates to hundreds of thousands of people. Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training. Club Pilates believes that Pilates is the path to a fuller, more satisfying physical existence. They believe that being in control of your body helps you to be in control of your life. And best of all, they believe that you can start anytime.

How to prepare

Wear form-fitted athletic clothing and grippy socks are a requirement. Don't have grippy socks? We have some for purchase here at the studio!

I do like these classes - but they are not as challenging as traditional Pilates. I get more of a burn from a 20 min video!

Gentle Pilates
This class was slow paced, yet I still felt the burn at times. If youre looking for a more relaxing class, this is the one to do!

Ali is great! She helped modify the exercise to make it easier or more challenging for each student. Fun attitude! Cant wait to go to her class again.

I expected this to be more challenging than 1.0 and also didn't have very much work on the reformer. If I wasn't doing things right to get the most out of the exercises, there were no corrections.
Cardio Sculpt 1
This class is beginner friendly. The cardio aspect makes you feel warm but not too intense that you feel like you wouldnt be able to walk the next day. The staff and instructor are very friendly and welcoming.
