About this studio

Bringing well being back to Clerkenwell with Yoga, Mat Pilates, Meditation, Feldenkrais, Chi Kung & Functional Circuit training above their Islington and Clerkenwell Chiropractic and Complimentary Health Clinics and Pilates Yoga Movement studio. Three excellent and established Health businesses in one central location. Clerkenwellbeing offers small classes allowing for individual attention & adjustments. Safe teaching with attention to detail is their priority along with well trained teachers who are committed to on going training and personal development. Clerkenwellbeing's two studios are light and airy with a private and intimate feel located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Entrance is via the clinic reception on the ground floor, staff are friendly & welcoming.

How to prepare

Wear loose comfortable or stretchy clothing. Mats, blocks, bricks, belts and blankets provided but feel free to bring your own. (sorry no shower facilities). Class pass students need to fill in a short health questionnaire and disclaimer before attending first class. Please allow time for this, about 15 - 20 minutes. We have filtered water in reception, do fill up on your way upstairs. Changing facilities are on the 1st floor (communal), 2nd floor front (woman's) and separate men's and woman's by Studio 1. (No student lockers for now)

How to get there

Between Angel and Old street tube stations, and close to the Barbican. Both 4 and 56 buses stop on Goswell Road. Look out for the Clerkenwell Chiropractic Clinic sign and skeleton in the window, come into reception to sign in.

What is ClassPass?
