How to prepare

Please wear comfortable workout clothing and well supported gym shoes. Please bring an empty water bottle, fresh water and towels will be provided for you. Carter Fitness is located at 671 Wilmer Avenue, Space Rear, Cincinnati, OH 45226. Their facility is located across the street from the Lunken Playfield. After turning into the parking lot, follow the driveway to the left and proceed around to the back building. Follow the signs for Carter Fitness. They are NOT located in the front building, that is Calibrated CrossFit.

Great workout! Kicked my butt. A nice variety hitting all the muscle groups. The class typically pairs in groups so you can rotate to different equipment.
