About this studio

CardioBody Fitness Studio is a small group training studio located in Sherman Oaks offering a wide variety of classes for all levels! We're also SUPER kid-friendly, so be sure to reach out if you need to bring your little side kick with you! We offer spinning, pilates, strength, boxing and yoga classes.

How to prepare

A yoga mat (if attending a Yoga or Cycle Yoga class) water, a small towel and kick-ass attitude!

How to get there

Our studio is located next to Metro Liquors and street parking only, but you're sure to always find a great spot on Tilden or Magnolia!

Great class and instructor. Will definitely come back for more
Cardio Burn with Jessyca
This is a full body work out that will make you question how in shape you really are. The circuit hits quads, triceps, hamstrings, chest, back, and finishes with a killer ab workout. The cardio includes a sprint on the spin bike and a lap around the block. Its a great way to start the morning.

The instructor was friendly and amazing! Definitely coming back :)

The cycling part was good but the strength training section was very disorganized and the instructor didnt check form

I am used to a more high intensity workout, but this was a great Pilates inspired muscle burner! No cardio but Im sure Ill be sore. Definitely good for all fitness levels!
Yin Yoga with Michele
The instructor was good, but the space is a workout gym, not a yoga studio. If you're looking for a traditional yin class and environment, this probably won't be for you.
40 Minute Tabata Conditioning with Jessyca
I was fine with the smaller space and kind of dingy equipment, but to have a child running around the class, continually running on our mats WITH HIS SHOES ON, and swinging weights was not okay. Instructor did not even try to ask him to sit or set him up in the other room with an activity. The workout wasn't bad, but I won't be going back.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
