About this studio

CYB is a 'boutique-style' personal training studio in the heart of Buckhead focused on offering its group training community a unique, small group, "personal training" approach to group fitness. Their approach is to introduce personal training to group fitness with no more than 8 persons per class. They offer proper guidance to each workout, a systematic flow of exercises during each class, together with explaining what muscle groups are being worked when performing a particular movement. CYB prides itself in implementing a progressive training method and uses their trainer's attention to detail to help provide exceptional customer service to each client who walks through their doors.

How to prepare

First timers should try to be in the studio 8-10 minutes before class start time to meet your trainer/coach. As a first timer, you should/will receive a welcome text message, if your phone number is on file (IT IS NOT AN AUTOMATED TEXT...it is PERSONALIZED). If you have any questions/concerns regarding the upcoming class, please respond. ***PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR HAVE AN INJURY (i.e. boot on your foot or hand), you will be required to have a doctor's clearance note prior to participating in our classes. Thank you.

How to get there

The CYB studio is located on the two busiest streets in the Atlanta-Metropolitan off of Piedmont and Peachtree Road. Coming from Peachtree Road: Turn onto Piedmont Road and right into the entry way of the Fairfield Marriott Hotel. Coming from Sydney Marcus Road: Turn left onto East Paces Ferry (Land Rover dealership). An immediate right turn into Piedmont Court which will lead you to our building. Coming from West Paces Ferry: Before reaching to Piedmont Road, turn left (directly across from Land Rover dealership) into Piedmont Court.

What is ClassPass?
