Its a challenging class, but the instructor offers many modifications to make it a bit easier, so I highly recommend it!

I loved this class! It was super hard but the instructor was really good and motivating and did the workouts with us which I always like!

Amazing class as a first time member. The instructor provided energy and intensity to all the dynamic movements. Will definitely go back for another butt kicking.
Power Sculpt Yoga with Genna
A good workout, but the whole class felt rushed. In the past albeit with a different instructor, it was still a smooth paced yoga with sculpt like an added bonus. The instructor on this occasion seemed unprepared as she shuffled through songs and qued us rapidly. At the end we did around 10 minutes of cardio which was doable obviously, but I signed up for yoga not aerobics.
