Lilly is amazing, so positive and welcoming! This is a HIIT class with 3 pyramids consisting of 5-6 30sec exercises: there was a lower body pyramid, an upper body pyramid, and a core one. Good combo of strength and cardio. Modifications were given to adjust the workout to your level and lots of explanation of good form.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
