Great fun class on a Friday! Noel is funny and very upbeat. After this class, it really work up an appetite!!

Not for the faint of heart! I’d describe this class as Cardio/Power Yoga. Very intense! It’s be helpful if ClassPass provided a 1-4 rating of how intense a workout, so clients could get a better idea. This class is perfect! The trainer Natalia was very friendly and helpful, and when I needed to take a break she was extremely understanding and cautious of my physical health. I’ll be back next week!

The class was really good, and so effective that I couldn’t walk normally for a few days after (which is exactly what I wanted)! The teacher is friendly and stopped a few times to make sure everyone understood how to do the moves, which I always appreciate.

How to prepare

Breakthru always strives to provide you with the best experience possible! Towels are provided. Private lockers are available for use during your workout, but please bring a lock with you. For Cycle Classes, bikes are compatible with SPD or LOOK shoes, but the gym also has cages if you do not have cycling shoes. Yoga classes provide blocks, straps and brand new Manduka Yoga mats. Please bring your Driver's License or Photo ID and arrive 15 minutes early to fill out their short waiver form. Clean Showers and awesome Smoothie bar are available!

How to get there

Breakthru Fitness is located in beautiful Pasadena, California at the corner of South Lake Avenue and Del Mar Blvd. Free Parking is available in the parking structure off of Del Mar Blvd. They are on the top floor just past Trader Joe's with breaktaking views of the mountains!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
