Bracey Performance is the preeminent location in Chicago for athlete development covering professional, amature, and weekend warrior athletes in sports including baseball, football, hockey, volleyball. The professional staff, under the guidance of owner and elite Strength & Conditioning Coach Kyle Bracey, leverage cutting-edge sports science and equipment to deliver measurable results in all aspects of athletic performance including speed, strength, endurance, and mental toughness. Bracey Performance has world class professional equipment tailored to elicit the maximum training effect from every movement. Bracey Performance's goal is to develop each athlete to reach their maximum physical and psychological potential no matter what stage of the athletic career they come through the door.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable active wear and well supported athletic shoes. The Adult Athlete classes consist of a warm-up series, plyometrics, followed by power and strength training circuits. It is specifically designed for an individual seeking cutting-edge strength training. Expect to experience a lot of new exercises with specific attention to detail. Beginners to these classes will have consistent oversight from our coaches to ensure technical proficiency throughout each exercise.

How to get there

Bracey Performance is located at 833 West Chicago Avenue, Suite 107 in Chicago, IL at the corner of Chicago Ave./Green Street. Our entrance is in the back of the building behind Thalia's restaurant (accessible from Green Street). Complimentary Lot parking is available for the 5:30 am and 6:30 am classes.

Tough! But so fun. Awesome instructors and a lot of great weight training. I was scared to go bc I’m pretty beginner level when it comes to lifting but Kyle was so hands-on and encouraging. The music is also awesome.

This class was tough! It was non stop the whole time and I regretted wearing a long sleeve shirt. Kyle was very good at correcting any form errors I had and despite being a full class I still felt like I got a lot of one-on-one attention.
