How to prepare

* Proper running / training shoes must be worn. * Towel and water bottle recommended. * Choose class based on body part: Pilates Upper Body | Pilates Core | Pilates Legs & Booty Weights Upper Body | Abs Fat Burner | Weights Lower Body Cardio HIIT (full body) * IMPORTANT: First timers must arrive 5 mins prior to scheduled class to complete our pre-workout health consent form.

How to get there

We are at the corner of Mentmore Ave & Harcourt Parade In Rosebery. We have out entry on Mentmore Avenue. You can part your car at the front and walk straight in :)

UPPER BODY: Weights & Pulley with Ali
Loved this class! I usually take the suspension/core classes, but really enjoyed mixing it up and focusing on my upper body. Ali is great at helping correct your technique so you can get the most out of each exercise. I'll definitely take this class again!
Fat Burner Abs with Levi
trainers were nice but the exercises were mostly pretty easy. Wish they had provided options to make some exercises harder for the people that weren't challenged

Easily the worst class experience Ive had. Booked into a Pilates class that wasnt Pilates at all just watching a YouTube video then copying the outdated exercises. Incorrect form was encouraged by the trainer

Really felt the burn! Best classes, good vibes, great results.

This studio is great. Little weird at first, but the screens showing each exercise means you dont need to leave your station to watch the instructor, everything moves faster. Instructors are very focused on technique and are very present when the class is on. Tough, but very good!

The instructor, Ian, was lovely, but the class wasnt very good quality.

Good work out but slightly boring - watching the Yotube video and follow the video for workout. Not sure if I like the idea.

Really hard workout! Trainer was helpful in getting you doing the exercises correctly
Deep Stretching Class with Laurene
Lots of advanced positions hard to do for a beginner and very yoga orientated.
Fat Burner Abs with Ali
The video concept was new to me but I thought it worked well as it gave Ali, the trainer, time to walk around and work with members on their technique. Great class.
