The class was intense but an awesome cardio session! I wouldn’t recommend it to beginners which is what they have it advertised as. Great sweat either way!

So much fun! High energy and an awesome work out. (Definitely do not go if you’re sore from any previous work outs because it’s going to be tough!) Instructor was great at explaining each move and I highly recommend.

This is such an awesome workout!! It’s no joke that you’ll get your heart rate up but you’re having so much fun that you forget how hard you’re working! I absolutely loved Hayley’s class and everyone who works at the studio is so welcoming and friendly!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
