There were personal training session going on the same time at the back of the room, which is loud and makes it hard to concentrate on instructions. The class itself is great.

About this studio

"Transforming bodies since 1989," Boston Body Pilates is a favorite among its students for its challenging, body-sculpting Pilates and barre classes. Each instructor completes a rigorous teacher training and apprentice program. Their classes give personal attention and have a fun and inclusive vibe for all levels, body types and interests.

How to prepare

First timers! Please fill out this automatic waiver: http://bostonbody.com/liability-release-waiver Please bring a bottle of water. Barre ("grippy") socks are required. If you are pregnant, you will need a doctor's permission note emailed to the studio prior to your arrive. In addition, please arrive at least 10 minutes to your first class with a Doctor's note if you have any injuries or physical limitations. For your own safety and health, you are responsible for notifying both front desk and your instructor of any health conditions.

What is ClassPass?
