About this studio

This studio has a relaxed and serene atmosphere and they also give great workouts. The equipment is Reformer and Tower and the spring resistance makes you feel lengthened as well as sculpted. The classes are small (7 - 9 people) so instructors can help you with proper form. People love these classes because they are a full body workout and your lower back and joints will feel free of strain. All of Boston Body Pilates' instructors go through extensive training with Program Director Zayna Gold. This studio has a very respected Balanced Body Teacher Training program so you always know you will get great instructors. Email before you come to class for more personal attention. How to prepare

First timers! Please fill out this automatic waiver: Comfortable workout attire. Clean sticky socks required. Purchase in studio for $16. Mats provided. Please begin with a one on one private session if you have any injuries, limitations or if you are new to Pilates. If you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy, please arrive at least 10 minutes to your first class with a Doctor's note. You are required to inform your instructor of your injuries, limitations, or pregnancy.

Zayna always has a great class! This is definitely not appropriate for beginners but awesome if you feel comfortable in mat and/or reformer Pilates.

Loved this instructor! Great at cueing for the exercise and getting the most benefit from each move. Classes are smaller and intimate.

the instructor was great, it was my first time using a reformer and she was incredibly kind and supportive. a nice workout that isn't too difficult, but you feel the burn the next day! would highly recommend trying Boston Body out

Zayne is an awesome instructor and always tries to check in with each individual during exercises to make sure they are doing what is best for their own needs! Wouldnt recommend for those new to Pilates/reformers
