About this studio

BodyMindLife was created from their love, curiosity and passion for the journey inwards. Through Reformer Pilates, and Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, they aim to balance the body, calm the mind and reduce the stress of busy city living. Their light and airy studios have been purpose­ built to provide a healing and nourishing space. They offer the best in local and international teaching, world class teacher training, inspiring workshops and events, giving you the space, support and opportunity to live your practice. BodyMindLife is more than just a studio. It’s a place for community, open to all.

How to prepare

Please make sure to bring your own towel, water bottle and yoga mat (if you are taking a yoga class) or pilates socks (if you are taking a pilates class).

I really enjoy Kevin's classes. Maybe it's also the studio room but there's something very zen about his classes even when they're challenging. I feel really relaxed after class!

This class was different to other Pilates reformer classes I've had at other studios. There was some yoga elements in the workout and the workout was calm yet very challenging at times. Was a pleasant way to end the day :)

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
