    Really enjoyed the studio - cool lights, mirrored ceilings are awesome, free towels are very generous. Great class too, you’re able to challenge yourself a bit more than normal Pilates! Adam is a great instructor. Music was a bit meh - the covers aren’t very good and Ed Sheeran wasn’t really the vibe for the class. Also no one asked about injuries. But besides that - loved it and would go again!

    I did the Fit HIT class which certainly gave me a good (sweaty) workout! Darren was great with weight recommendations, form adjustments and modifications for injuries. The class allowed you to work at your own ability with ongoing motivation from Darren to ensure you pushed yourself. I personally found the repetitiveness of each circuit to be a little bit much for my workout preferences and the gym was a little smaller and more dated than the super modern gyms I’m used to but nevertheless it didn’t impact the effectiveness of the workout (although I did find myself wishing there was aircon). The gym is in a great location for ease of accessibility and I enjoyed the typically ‘younger’ crowd compared to some of the other nearby gyms.

    Really good guy on the front desk. I think one of the PTs. Showed me around made me feel right at home. Towel and fully loaded showers means less to carry if I go back too. Downstairs gym is decent enough and has a cage area for squats, deadlifts, pull ups, calisthenics type training. The option to use the upstairs area when no classes was a plus.

All the machines are new and work great with a good variety between cardio, resistance and a barbell weights room. The people working there are always nice and welcoming.
