About this studio

You don’t have to be a professional boxer to enjoy boxing. Body&Boxing offers the two hand touch version of boxing. You’ll get the body of your dreams without getting a face like one too. Regardless of your fitness level or athletic ability they can transform you, physically and mentally, into an athlete.

The studio is accessible via the Kensington underground station. Body&Boxing is located at 60 Kensington Church Street, W8 4DB in London. -BEFORE 8AM, AFTER 5.30pm and WEEKEND DAYS THE ENTRANCE IS FROM ' MELON PLACE, 'W8 4DE ' ON THE SIDE DOOR -AFTER 5.30pm AND WEEKEND DAYS THE DOOR WILL BE OPEN 5 MIN BEFORE THE CLASS TO ACCESS THE STUDIO The studio is accessible via the Kensington underground station or the following bus stations: Sheffield Terrace stop, York House Place, Holland Street and High Street Kensington.

The mats were very slippery, and there was not much explanation or checking of form, which is a shame as it seems like a good concept!

What is ClassPass?
