This location was lovely and spacious. The changing room was big and clean with great amenities. The service was also good from reception to the trainer. As a first timer I also got a complementary protein shake which was a nice touch.

There’s a mother daughter (I think) pair that have been in several classes I’ve been in that just completely ignore any and all instruction (riding up out the saddle the whole time, completely out of sync with the music at the same speed for every song), and they were on the side bar right in front of me when I was in the corner of the room, and it was SO distracting. Also multiple people with phones on their bikes with staff helping them set up and saying nothing, and Apple Watches lighting up constantly!!

One small thing was she was wearing a hat the whole lesson and the way the lighting was for most of the class, it was very difficult to see half of her face (it’s pretty dark!). Would have loved to have a bit more Florence and the machine on the playlist but otherwise all good!

Very flowy sequence with a nice short holds which I appreciated as this was my first time doing hot yoga and I'm glad I didn't pass out 😆. It was 4x (or was it 5?) blocks of exercises for 4 mins each block. It’s a mix of weighted exercises plus cardio on the rower, ski erg and bike.
