Body Balance is more than a fitness center, we are a part of the community. We have been here and growing since 1998, providing you with means to focus, relax, and prepare your mind and body to take on the challenges ahead. For that reason we keep our facility clean and organized, helping you stay focused on the class, your body, and making each workout your best one yet. Whether you are looking for a large challenging class environment, or a slow-paced small group session, we have the perfect instructors and the perfect classes for you.

How to prepare

Yoga, Pilates and barre: Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Slightly form fitting clothes are advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections. Strength Training & HIIT: Please wear comfortable workout clothing and well supported gym shoes.

Tricia is an awesome instructor, engaging and she makes sure you get the best burn out while fixing your form if necessary to feel the stretch through the workout! Loved it for my first reformer class, will definitely be coming back :)

Not only is she knowledgeable in targeting specific muscle groups, but she is also versatile in her routine, always making class different from the last. It never fails that the work she instructs you to do will be felt the following day, and she says it best, “the work doesn’t start till it starts hurting!”

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
