Christine is very knowledgeable and helps her students key in to subtle alignment details through her classes. She brings insights from her training as a PT into her classes, and provides individual adjustments to help her students find proper form in the various asanas. Very helpful for beginners through advanced practitioners, highly recommended.

AIReal Yoga エアリアルヨガ with Chris
Chris is a great instructor. Enthusiastic, descriptive, and attentive. Would love to see an aerial power version of the class taught by him! Side note: the silks and yoga mats smell like body odor and should be washed and disinfected more frequently as this has a big impact on student experience
