About this studio

Bodhi Fitness Center has established itself as a fitness center for the past 12 years. Now, we provide a variety of classes to not only their members, but open to all, for all levels and needs, such as Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Aerial, Spin, Zumba, and Bootcamp. For clients who are not our members, you also get access to the gym when you come for the class. That way, we can provide a space where all can get a well rounded workout.

How to prepare

Please make sure to bring a towel and a bottle of water to class. If it’s your first time, please make sure you arrive 15 minutes early to sign our waiver, and check-in.

It was intense compared to last week. Nevertheless I enjoyed it. :)

It’s a workout that helps you stretch and focus on core areas. You don’t burn many calories, but it’s a great way to unwind after a long busy week of work. The instructor is great. She provides different options for the tricks and moves.

What is ClassPass?
