About this studio

Bikram Yoga Works studios are independently owned and operated and each location was conceived with you in mind. Their intention is to provide you with an exceptional experience from the moment you walk into their studios until you leave their doors. Their state-of-the art facilities offer a friendly environment and several amenities for your comfort and convenience, including plenty of parking, spacious locker rooms and ample showers and a networking zone to meet fellow yogis and like-minded individuals. They also offer a range of classes to meet your needs including LifeStretch, Hot Pilates, and Hot Barre.

How to prepare

Students should bring water, a mat, and two towels (one to place over the mat and one to shower). Towels and mats are available to rent.

Great class. Studio could use some sprucing up
Bikram Yoga with James
This was my first time taking any sort of hot yoga class. Definitely wear shorts and a bra (or tank top) and bring an insulated water bottle that will keep your water cold because the floors are heated too. Overall I liked how loose and relaxed my muscles felt afterwards, but you’ll definitely need some willpower to stay for the entire class. They give you a wonderful chilled towel with lavender once the class is over and offer sliced fruit in the lobby which really helped.
Hot Pilates with Csilla
The workout itself is unique, I’ve never done Pilates in a hot room before. I definitely felt challenged and enjoyed the workout. You really are melting in class from the heat and movement. The four stars is due to the facilities itself. The changing room and lockers are really old. I felt as though the space could use an update. Although the studio is shoeless since you have to leave shoes by the door, I still felt a little grimy in the locker room. Plus one for the malin goetz products though!

The heat felt great but this class was not very challenging. Also, the instructor stayed at the front of the room and didn’t engage in the practice or walk around to correct form, despite the small class size. Maybe this was an “off day” for the studio, but I’m on the fence about whether I’ll try another class here because I didn’t feel Ike it was a great workout.

First time doing hot yoga in 15 years and have multiple ortho injuries. Melissa made a 90 minute class (ok I should have started with 60 mins) not only tolerable but enjoyable. She provides both a challenging environment for advanced students and a safe one for beginners

Hot and juicy. Hottest and most humid studio I've been in in a long time. Andrew stuck to the traditional dialogue, but delivered it naturally. First time here since the new name (and owner); still great.

****bring your own water**** it’s 100+ degrees in there and they don’t have a water fountain ???? the class itself was fine but I kept wondering if bikram is actually healthy for the people doing it. But if you want to get a good stretch and an intense one, this is for you

What is ClassPass?
