About this studio

Bikram scientifically designed this 90 minute program to deliver total health through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body in order to prevent illness, injury, and limit the effects of aging. In addition, the series of postures combine skills of concentration, patience, determination, and self control, which lead to increased mental clarity and reduced stress.

This class was just okay. I have enjoyed other Yin classes much more. While some of the poses that were chosen were helpful (stretched feet and shins) I did not enjoy the 3-5 minutes of Shavasana after every active pose. It was just too much Shavasana for me. I was pretty bored and felt like I spent most of the hour resting.

The class and teacher were great but the sweat stained carpet is really gross and smells horrible. Hot yoga studios should not have carpet.
